By accessing and using Elitebots services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Elitebots provides AI and web development services including but not limited to website design and development, chatbot implementation, AI agent development, and custom integrations. The specific scope of work will be defined in separate project agreements.
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. Elitebots retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with final payment due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to fees and may result in suspension of services.
Elitebots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
